AI人工智慧的滲透程度越來越高，職場社交網站領英（LinkedIn）分析，目前機器與人類的分工比率約為3比7，但到了2025年，機器將搶占5成以上的工作。包括國營事業和國內電商都已積極培育AI人才。但究竟未來是否只有理工科背景佔有優勢，文科出身將被邊緣化，專家是各有看法。
中油軟體工程師李先生，大方向鏡頭分享上AI課程的心得，其實這整班教室裡頭，都是中油的員工，從主管到基層技術人員，4個月的課程裡，學習如何將AI技術結合到實務上頭。
中油軟體工程師李詩欽：「AI很重視需要大量的資料，那就像漏油，需要有大量的漏油資料。」
希望透過數據收集分析，提前預防漏油的可能性，並由人臉辨識控管工安，同樣帶著問題來找答案的，還有台電的燃料部門主管。
台電燃料部門主管蕭朝景:「燃料部門的話，其實我們有一個很不確定的部分就是燃料的一個發展還有價格的預測方面，有個新工具的部分會不會有個好的結果。」
透過AI掌握供應鏈的不確定性，將整合效益最佳化，蕭先生坦言，人工智慧的滲透率，將會越來越高。
台電燃料部門主管蕭朝景:「透過這種AI的學習的話，可以把過去的經驗很快的內化到一個演算法。」
職場社交網站領英（LinkedIn）就分析，2015~2017年間，人工智慧領域成長了1.9倍，不僅限於科技業，包含教育、金融和製造業，人工智慧技能的滲透指數，也是逐年增高。
記者李頂立：「現在連電商也將AI技術結合到賣家行銷工具上，像是我現在上架了實木的杯子收納架，其實透過系統就會在搜尋部分自動跳出關鍵字，像是收納箱、收納櫃、實木杯子、北歐風等等，不同於過去可能要自己花時間來發想，現在透過大數據，AI就會更精準的幫你選出最貼近商品的關鍵字。」
以往投放關鍵字上必須出到一定的價格，才能在排序上有優勢，而系統會依據賣家輸入的預算和走期，自動配予能達到最大效益的價格，讓廣告投放更有效益。
電商公關韓昕璟:「運用不管是站內還是站外的，內外部環境資料，不斷的反覆訓練建立一些模組，協助幫助賣家流量成長2.2倍，也幫助賣家賣場交易金額成長了1.8倍。」
國內電商投入人工智慧發展，成立40人的AI實驗室團隊，將內外部資訊整合，更進一步抓準消費者習性，精準投放，未來也將應用聊天機器人，提升營銷。職場社交網站領英（LinkedIn）就分析，目前機器與人類的分工比率約為3比7，但是再過4年，人類的分工比例將降至58％，到了2025年，機器搶占5成以上的工作。在這個過程中，機器將取代全球約7500萬個職缺，但同時也會有約1.33億個新的工作機會。
台灣人工智慧學校校務主任 蔡明順:「AI技術發展初期，最需要兩種人，一種是創業型人才，他知道AI學會AI，他會有一些點子去運用到新的商業模式上。第二種很需要就是工程型人才。」
雖然在技術研發上，文科生先天不足，但在電商領域中，需要的人才也不僅限於資工和資訊專業。以百度的人工智慧招聘職缺來說，除了研發工程師，對產品經理的需求也很大。產品經理負責市場調查並根據用戶需求，擬定開發的產品方案，並推動組織實施策略，敏銳的市場嗅覺和溝通協調技巧缺一不可。
電商公關韓昕璟：「AI人工智慧技術也或多或少要預測消費者行為，裡面的人才可能也包含像心理學系之類的。」
不論理工或文科，未來對於數學、物理等基礎AI技術的掌握，已是保有競爭力必備的能力。
